Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and manage a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency in financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Oversee execution of client engagements, including financial close, revenue cycle management, and compliance requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with 2+ years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
