Accounting Manager, CPA Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager, Statutory Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support statutory audit processes and ensure compliance with local GAAP requirements
• Oversee accounting for stock-based compensation and debt instruments, including related journal entries and reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 718, ASC 470, ASC 810, and ASC 830
• Public Accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems and equity management platforms
