Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to establish and own the finance and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including GL management and financial reporting
• Establish and implement accounting policies and internal controls for a startup environment
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fully remote environment
• Proven expertise in technical accounting and full-cycle accounting processes
• Experience with revenue recognition and internal control frameworks
• Ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up
