Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Technician to support daily operations in the Accounting department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support general ledger accuracy by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial data
- Assist in journal entry preparation and collaborate on financial statements and regulatory filings
- Provide oversight to the Accounts Payable function and participate in automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- At least one year of experience in an accounting role (preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology and systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
