Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive AR rundown efforts, interpreting complex AR data and trends
• Strategically manage the AR function to align with revenue recognition and financial close requirements
• Oversee outsourced AR and billing functions while monitoring aging reports and general ledger impacts

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare AR management
• Experience in Epic is preferred
• Proven track record in leading AR functions through change and operational optimization
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically in fast-paced environments
