Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing, aging collections, and dispute resolution
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with GAAP standards
• Support the Controller with various accounting tasks and maintain timely AR entries

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent accounting coursework
• Minimum of 3 years in accounting roles, specifically in accounts receivable
• Experience with accounting software and QuickBooks Online for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting standards
• Experience in a rapidly growing company with 50+ employees
