A company is looking for a Manager, Ad Operations to lead their ad operations team and oversee campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Ad Operations team, ensuring effective trafficking, delivery, and optimization of campaigns
- Collaborate with various teams to translate sales strategies into executable campaigns and monitor performance for optimizations
- Oversee end-to-end campaign reporting, invoicing, and resolve discrepancies for accurate revenue recognition
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of ad serving technologies and terminology across Direct and Programmatic channels
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline is a plus
