Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Possession of a DMin, Ed.D, or Ph.D in a chaplaincy-related field from an accredited institution
• Degree must be from an institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Demonstrated strengths in teaching at the college level
• Able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses as required
• Proficiency in MS Office, LMS, and the Internet
