Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a design department in a remote, contract-to-permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes and action items
  • Assist project managers with scheduling, tracking deadlines, and document version control
  • Manage project-specific SharePoint sites and coordinate stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a detail-oriented office or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with construction administration, technical, or engineering contexts is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and basic Revit functions is a plus
