Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President, ensuring smooth office operations
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and monitor communications, including electronic mailboxes
- Prepare and organize meetings and events, including logistics, materials, and technology support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience in an executive administrative role supporting C-level executives
- Experience in managing confidential information
- Prior experience in event organization and management
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and data management tools
