Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process applications and academic records of prospective and returning students
- Provide customer service support via chat and email for admission and program requirements
- Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and assist with complex student situations
Qualifications and Credentials
- High School diploma or GED required
- 18 months of experience in Admissions Verification or equivalent position
- Ability to type 40-50 words per minute
- Prefer post-secondary education and familiarity with Microsoft Office and related software
- Ability to work well in a team and represent the department professionally
