Key Responsibilities
- Manage, schedule, and organize logistics for L&D programs and events
- Coordinate sessions, support breakout rooms, and ensure seamless execution of programs
- Gather and analyze participant data to implement program improvements based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Project Management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with video conferencing platforms, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools
- Demonstrated analytic ability for gathering learning feedback and making recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
