A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: Computer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to 25-30 Learners in virtual training programs
- Monitor Slack channels for Learner questions and facilitate discussions
- Grade Learner submissions and provide feedback for continuous program improvement
Required Qualifications
- Empathy, flexibility, and patience in working with diverse learners
- Prior teaching experience is a plus
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Ability to engage actively in virtual meetings
- Willingness to hold individual office hours for Learner support
