Key Responsibilities
- Manage and champion the admissions process, achieving targets for client intake
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the admissions process and meet key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate client records and communicate financial policies to prospective clients
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of contact-center technology experience
- 1-2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in client admissions
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
