Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of operational training programs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Track and analyze training outcomes, reporting to senior management and developing action plans for improvement
- Oversee training operations staff and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, promoting professional development
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a field related to education and/or business management; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity
- Minimum 5 years of training experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of adult learning concepts and healthcare trends
- Required licensures or professional certifications as applicable
