Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Support Associate to provide administrative and coordination support to the Admissions Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data related to student inquiries and applications into the Admissions Information System
- Review incoming student applications for accuracy and process files for completeness
- Admit and matriculate prospective students while following up with Admissions Officers as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least one year of administrative or coordinator experience is required
- Two years of college education is required
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours as required
- Must reside in the PST time-zone for remote work or live in specific areas for hybrid work
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
