Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Care Representative I (Entry-Level).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot data, video, and voice (VoIP Phone) service disruptions
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow required policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of VoIP Phone systems, internet gateways, and HD video
  • Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Must be customer service oriented
