Adobe CJA Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CJA Analyst to join their digital analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, and reporting
• Develop and maintain customer journey dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Integrate CJA with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other relevant data sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar tools within Adobe Experience Cloud
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including data layer architecture and tagging solutions
• Proven experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using Adobe CJA
• Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and data query languages used within Adobe analytics platforms
• Knowledge of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and data-driven personalization strategies
