Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and support throughout the sales process and customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to identify needs and requirements, leading interactive sessions
• Collaboratively design solutions and create technical documentation of designs
• Provide technical support throughout the customer lifecycle, including change orders and renewals

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of data networking architectures, standards, protocols, and equipment
• Experience with IP LANs and WANs, including Ethernet, MPLS, and SD-WAN
• Knowledge of voice services and experience sizing and configuring commonly used CPE
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Telecommunications and/or IT
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales / Solutions Architecting
