Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L1/L2 Technical Support to enterprise data systems used globally
  • Manage and monitor the support queue, ensuring issues are identified, tracked, and addressed
  • Create, maintain, and review operational processes and support documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher, preferably in IT
  • 1-2 years of industry IT support experience with similar responsibilities
  • Experience working with an IT ticketing system
  • Strong initiative and creativity with the ability to recommend process improvements
  • Ability to collaborate well and work independently with minimal supervision
