Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 Technical Support to enterprise data systems used globally
- Manage and monitor the support queue, ensuring issues are identified, tracked, and addressed
- Create, maintain, and review operational processes and support documentation
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher, preferably in IT
- 1-2 years of industry IT support experience with similar responsibilities
- Experience working with an IT ticketing system
- Strong initiative and creativity with the ability to recommend process improvements
- Ability to collaborate well and work independently with minimal supervision
