Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Operations Associate to assist in running day-to-day technology operations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement onboarding, offboarding, and tech procurement processes for clients
- Maintain documentation for IT operations procedures and policies
- Respond to IT operations support request tickets and document client requests for tracking
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with clients through email, Slack, and virtual meetings
- Ability to pick up new systems and technical concepts quickly
- Prior political/nonprofit IT or operations experience preferred but not required
