NOC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Technician- Federal (3rd Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain global data center ecosystems and associated monitoring systems
• Provision new points of presence and respond to system/network faults to meet SLAs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors for maintenance scheduling and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional technical support or data center operations experience
• Basic understanding of the OSI model and internetworking
• Windows/Sysadmin and Linux experience (RHEL, CentOS, Debian, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and available to work 11:00pm - 7:30am EST
