Position Summary
The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems and infrastructure. This hybrid role (3 days in-office) supports systems across a large footprint and ensures the availability, performance, and security of enterprise applications and cloud-based services.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain device management frameworks (JAMF, Google Admin)
  • Oversee identity management and cloud services (Okta, Google Admin, Office 365)
  • Support and troubleshoot Gmail routing, spam filtering, Zoom phone systems
  • Create and maintain system integrations and automations
  • Act as Tier 3 escalation for HelpDesk
  • Implement and monitor security practices and data retention policies
  • Provide support to DevOps and engineering teams
  • Manage lifecycle for Linux/Unix (Apple Mac OS/iOS) systems

  • AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or 7+ years of experience

5+ years providing technical support in an enterprise environment

Experience supporting 25+ distributed office locations

Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Apple DEP, JAMF Pro)

Familiarity with ITSM tools and eDiscovery processes

Strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder interaction skills
