Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisory+ Consultant for Raiser's Edge NXT.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customized prescriptive consulting to a diverse portfolio of customers
• Engage proactively with customers throughout their engagement to maximize product value
• Contribute to new service offerings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on Raiser's Edge (RE7 and RENXT)
• Experience in multiple areas of fundraising, such as annual or major giving
• Ability to engage with key stakeholders and drive organizational change
• Proven experience in managing a portfolio of customers
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage deliverables with limited supervision
