Job Summary

A company is looking for a Child & Adolescent LCSW Supervisor (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality care
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Participate in case disposition meetings and oversee program management

Required Qualifications

• Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during PST hours
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
