Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex ServiceNow implementations across various applications including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, and FSM
- Serve as the technical authority for client engagements and architect solutions
- Mentor junior consultants and build lasting client relationships through exceptional delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with strong development and configuration skills
- Proven consulting background with direct client-facing experience
- US Citizenship required (security clearance eligibility essential)
- ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CAD, and CIS in Discovery, HAM, SAM, CSM, FSM, ITSM
