A company is looking for an Advocate Community Lead to manage communication strategies and foster community among advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own internal advocate communication channels and community platforms
- Facilitate engagement through onboarding sessions and advocate-facing experiences
- Create and curate resources that empower advocates to serve patients effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, community management, or PR, preferably in startups
- Experience managing internal communication tools and community platforms
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred; clinical background is strongly preferred
- High level of agency and autonomy with a vision for healthcare improvement
