Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Adoption Lead to bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and practical business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct workflow analysis and develop automation strategies in collaboration with business units
• Oversee internal tool development and ensure effective use of AI capabilities for productivity enhancement
• Facilitate training and change management to ensure successful AI adoption across the organization

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, especially generative AI models
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and optimizing AI outputs
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs
• Demonstrated success in driving AI adoption or automation initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing and machine learning principles
