Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. AI & Automation Administrator to lead automation initiatives and enhance the adoption of intelligent automation across back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and maintain a prioritized roadmap of initiatives
- Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows using Workato and custom GPTs
- Ensure compliance of AI and automation tools with security standards and provide user support for change management and training
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT, business systems, or automation-focused roles
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and AI tools
- Strong understanding of business process design and back-office functions
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce CRM & CPQ is a plus
