AI and Automation Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AI & Automation Administrator to lead automation initiatives and enhance the adoption of intelligent automation across back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and maintain a prioritized roadmap of initiatives
• Design, build, test, and deploy automated workflows using Workato and custom GPTs
• Ensure compliance of AI and automation tools with security standards and provide user support for change management and training

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT, business systems, or automation-focused roles
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and AI tools
• Strong understanding of business process design and back-office functions
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce CRM & CPQ is a plus
