Key Responsibilities
- Develop tactical and operational plans in collaboration with IT leadership
- Manage and deploy Center of Excellence (COE) specialists to meet domain needs
- Oversee COE operations to enhance costs, performance, and user satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of position start date
- 7 years of related experience, including at least 4 years in progressive management roles
- Experience in financial budget planning, management, analysis, and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership ability with cross-functional teams
