Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize computer systems and servers, providing end-user support for Mac and Windows environments
- Manage user accounts and conduct security training, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and responding to security incidents
- Participate in research and development to enhance IT capabilities and streamline operations through automation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Linux, Mac, and Windows end-user systems
- Proficient in managing software licensing for end-user systems
- Familiarity with centralized management systems such as Endpoint Central, Addigy, Jump Cloud, and MS365
- Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and adapt to changing responsibilities
