Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an automation engineer or in a technical operations role, preferably in SaaS
• Strong experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, and Airtable
• Ability to navigate fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
• Capability to diagnose bottlenecks and design effective automations
• Bonus: Experience with AI copywriting and automated outreach
