Key Responsibilities

• Review machine and human-generated demonstrations to produce preference data
• Identify operational challenges and suggest process improvements
• Mentor and train junior data associates while troubleshooting process-related issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in English, including verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension skills
• Ability to work on clearly defined use cases with a high degree of judgement
• Experience in conducting quality checks and providing feedback
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and content guidelines
