Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, AI Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML/GenAI solutions to optimize clinical trial operations
• Develop GenAI applications for automated clinical trial documentation generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle business challenges and enhance AI-driven solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or related field
• 7 - 10 years of related professional experience, with 3+ years in applying AI/ML techniques to healthcare or clinical research data
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in modern ML frameworks
• Demonstrated experience with generative AI technologies and natural language processing
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, particularly AWS, and MLOps deployment approaches
