AI Document Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI & Document Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and implement a document automation pipeline using OCR, AI/ML, and NLP techniques
• Develop models to extract structured data from unstructured documents and ensure high accuracy in data extraction
• Integrate solutions into existing systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on document AI and OCR
• Strong experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks, and proficiency in Python or other backend languages
• Experience with data extraction from scanned or digital PDFs and automation for detecting fraudulent documents
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure)
• Experience handling financial or sensitive documents securely and in compliance with industry standards
