Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer to join their Tech Ops Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions and full stack applications
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and engineering, translating business needs into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of analyst or business management experience
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Admin/Developer, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• 2+ years of full stack development experience
• Salesforce Admin Certificate and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are required
