AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding AI Engineer to shape and build out its AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product to identify, prioritize, and lead AI initiatives across client features and internal tooling
• Develop and deploy production-ready AI features using LLMs, computer vision, and recommendation systems
• Build, test, and iterate on AI-powered features in collaboration with product and engineering teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering with a track record of deploying AI-driven features
• Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in integrating AI solutions into web applications
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build from the ground up
• Experience balancing technical execution with product thinking to drive business impact
