Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the architecture for an AI-driven conversational embed system
• Build CI/CD pipelines and enable rapid iteration for product teams
• Implement strategies for scalability, resilience, and data security

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with production-grade web applications using Next.js/React and NestJS
• Proven expertise with PaaS platforms such as Heroku and Vercel
• Deep understanding of Redis, PostgreSQL, and message queues like RabbitMQ
• Hands-on experience with telephony integrations such as Twilio and Plivo
• Strong DevOps experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows
