AI/ML Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI/ML Software Engineer to lead the evaluation, training, and integration of advanced AI and machine learning models across their product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune supervised learning models for internal tools and customer-facing features
• Lead prompt engineering and testing efforts for large language models across the product suite
• Design and implement evaluation pipelines for both large language models and traditional machine learning models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering preferred
• 2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with Python
• 4-6+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering
• Strong understanding of large language models and traditional machine learning methods
• Experience with cloud-based ML tooling and data workflows
