Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner II who will provide nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition of property titles
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures
• Works under general supervision and manages own workload while performing other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
• Must reside in and be licensed in the state of Alaska
