Position to fill:Amazon Content Specialist
Reporting to:Senior Digital Manager
Basic Function:Fromm International is a growing portfolio of three high-velocity beauty brands with an omni-channel presence and a dynamic, high-output team culture. The Amazon Content Specialist is responsible for optimizing Amazon listings, launching fully optimized listings for new products, and managing Amazon Brand Stores to accelerate Amazon revenue. This newly created marketing position will produce all Amazon copy and assets, as well as execute the listing changes directly in Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Accountabilities:
Manage Amazon Catalog Listing Optimizations
Optimize product listings imagery, titles, copy, bullets, product details, and A+ content to accelerate conversion and improve organic rankings.
Set up new product detail pages and ensure all new products launch with compelling and fully optimized listings.
Execute all product detail page changes within Seller Central/Vendor Central.
Collaborate with Senior Digital Manager, Brand Managers, Sales, and Amazon Marketing Agency on product priorities and template execution.
Adapt agency Amazon templates for different product categories as needed.
Implement product variation relationships.
Directly manage Amazon support cases to troubleshoot issues with listings.
Actively monitor listing health and report scorecard improvements for each brand monthly.
Collaborate and manage Amazon listing project statuses in Monday.com.
Develop Amazon Specific Assets
Enhance product detail pages with high-quality images, infographics and videos in carousel.
Work with graphic design resources to execute all image needs following approved brand templates and Amazon best practices.
Lead the creation of A+ Content from conceptualization to copywriting to briefing graphic design team to implementation.
Ideate all Brand Store assets and leverage graphic design team to execute vision.
Co-lead Amazon content shoots with creative team to ensure listings have elevated and top-tier imagery.
Generate SEO Optimized Amazon Copy
Conduct comprehensive keyword research for each product category and ongoing competitive analysis.
Write optimized and high-performing product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that adhere to Amazon’s guidelines and improve organic rankings.
Maintain a consistent brand voice for each brand across all Amazon listings and brand stores.
Manage backend keyword search terms for all product listings.
Monitor and report on product listing ranking improvements.
Maintain Amazon Brand Stores
Develop and implement Amazon Brand Store strategy for each brand that increases brand awareness, boosts product engagement, and drives sales.
Execute ongoing merchandising updates for each brand storefront to ensure product features are always up to date.
Ensure brand stores have high-quality assets, strong brand story, full mobile optimization, and clear navigation.
Manage store content updates for launches, seasonal content, and holiday.
Report on brand store traffic, sales and optimizations monthly.
Manage brand store project statuses in Monday.com.
Execute Amazon Vine Reviews Campaigns
Enhance brand credibility and increase listing visibility by implementing an Amazon Vine reviews strategy.
Plan Amazon Vine campaigns for new products at launch.
Oversee Vine budget and full execution of campaigns.
Audit existing products for additional Vine opportunities.
Monitor reviews on ongoing basis to apply any applicable learnings to improve listings and share valuable insights with product and marketing teams.
Manage brand store project statuses in Monday.com.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
5 years of experience optimizing Amazon listings and using Seller Central and Vendor Central is required.
Prior experience in beauty or fashion industry preferred. Strong affinity for beauty.
Demonstrated success in optimizing Amazon listings to drive conversion growth and increasing rankings.
Experience directing asset creation for Amazon is preferred.
Excellent communicator and strong copywriting skills for Amazon listings is required.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s style guides and listing best practices.
Works well independently, highly organized and strong multi-tasker.
Resourceful and meets challenges proactively as a problem solver and critical thinker.
Always up to date on the latest Amazon trends, tools, and strategies.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon KPIs and ability to analyze data to make sound recommendations.
Computer Skills
Solid experience with Seller Central and Vendor Central is required, including direct experience updating images, copy, A+, brand storefront and managing support tickets.
Experience with third-party Amazon software (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Office software products required.
