Analytics Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Development Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead an Analytics Development Team, including hiring, mentoring, and enhancing productivity
• Develop advanced business intelligence solutions, including reports, data visualizations, and data warehouses
• Participate in the Data Governance Program to ensure data accuracy and maintain vendor relationships for application support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in systems development life cycle and delivering business intelligence products, with 5 years in management/leadership
• Proven experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
• Experience with Scrum methodology and agile practices
• Broad technical understanding across multiple technology layers, including hands-on coding experience
