Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Administrator for their Brand Technology team, responsible for supporting the core ERP application.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, install, deploy, configure, test, and maintain the Sage X3 platform to ensure optimal performance and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain application functionality and support troubleshooting activities
- Manage user accounts and roles, ensuring compliance with security standards and maintaining comprehensive system documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing and administering Sage X3, including data configuration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of API integrations, data feeds, and system interoperability
- Familiarity with data security standards and compliance requirements
- Prior experience supporting distribution businesses or brands is preferred
