Application Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Engineer to support customer success in the field of electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize data connectivity to factory machines
• Maintain and evolve the virtual factory map for the ArchFX Cloud
• Ensure seamless integration across the platform's data pipelines and analytics models

Required Qualifications and Education

• Basic understanding of computing, IT systems, and data processing systems
• Familiarity with running scripts in Windows/Linux environments
• Experience working with customer-facing operations
• Understanding of networking systems and protocols
• Prior domain knowledge in electronics or discrete manufacturing
