A company is looking for an Application Solution Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and process optimization for enterprise applications, focusing on Salesforce and NetSuite
• Own solution delivery across all phases, ensuring quality and alignment with project timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and prepare to build and lead a growing team of solution consultants and analysts

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application environments with expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, enterprise data platforms, and RPA or intelligent automation platforms
• Proven ability to integrate business processes with technology for operational efficiency
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-platform projects, particularly in CRM and ERP integration
• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, ITIL, and hybrid project delivery models
