- Oversee Patient Experience surveying, data analytics, and reporting
- Lead process improvement initiatives and manage a team of data analysts
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing patient experience and report findings to senior executives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement and analytical or consulting roles
- 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Experience with survey development and patient experience platforms
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
