Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in process improvement and analytical or consulting roles
  • 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Experience with survey development and patient experience platforms
  • Strong background in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
