Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of support engineers while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Manage the end-to-end support lifecycle, including incident management and performance monitoring to ensure high system availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and implement automation processes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in an engineering or application support role, preferably in retail or eCommerce
- 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise-level application support
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven track record in managing application uptime and performance in complex IT environments
