Applications Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Systems Analyst for a full-time limited duration remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and coordinate the analysis, development, and implementation of new functionalities and system upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, create testing plans, and ensure system functionality meets end-user needs
• Manage support tickets and perform troubleshooting while maintaining support documentation and communicating application changes to relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Clinical, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of software or hardware experience, including design, configuration, and implementation of applications
• Preferred background in healthcare operations and experience with clinical or business workflow analysis
• Preferred certifications relevant to supported applications
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
