Network Operations Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC (Network Operations Center) Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply and validate network configurations for routers and switches during store deployments
• Execute real-time changes to network settings in coordination with the ROC and field technicians
• Monitor store network performance and respond to incidents in real-time

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in a NOC, network support, or deployment role
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with remote and on-site teams
