Job Summary
A company is looking for an Applied Epic Support Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time customer support via phone, email, or chat for Applied Epic software inquiries
- Triage and troubleshoot user problems, documenting issues and resolutions
- Make configuration changes in Applied Epic and document issues in a ticketing system
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 years of experience with Applied Epic software
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a customer support center, preferably in a technology or business-to-business environment
- Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce or Jira
